  • Other countries: 10–25 business days

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active or update.

Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors, and your local delivery carrier. If you still cannot locate your package, contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
