30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the delivery of your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- In its original condition
- Unused or gently used
- In the original packaging, where possible
- Returned with all included accessories and components

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@shopowryx.com.
Please provide your order number and photos or videos showing the issue so we can review it and help resolve the problem.
Non-Returnable Items

Return Shipping
Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.
